If you would like an item that Library doesn't own, please use this form to request it. The Library will decide whether or not to purchase it, or borrow it from another Library through Interlibrary Loan. Please note the following before submitting a request:

Have you checked the Evergreen Catalog? Expanding your search in the catalog to include "Evergreen Libraries" will show results and allow holds to be placed on materials from more than one hundred libraries statewide. If there are books or other materials you cannot find in the Evergreen Catalog, you may complete the form below. We will either borrow them from a non-Evergreen library or add them to our collection.
Are you a local author? If you are a local author and would like to see your book on our shelves, do not use the form on this page. Instead, please read the terms and criteria and submit the local author shelf form and return it along with a donated copy of your book to the Library.
